She also has the VCU Health Supply Chain Distribution Center and 120+ team members. Andria has over 10 years health care supply chain experience and more than 15 total years in supply chain/project management experience. She served on the AHRMM Board from 2017-2020 and has been a board member of VAHRMM since January 2023. The Power of Partnership David Davis, Vice President of Supply Chain at VCUHealth, is a seasoned healthcare supply chain executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. Renowned for his visionary thinking and innovative problem-solving, David excels in driving organizational transformation and fostering collaboration to achieve excellence in patient-centered outcomes. Since joining VCUHealth in 2022, he has led a comprehensive overhaul of supply chain activities, managing an annual spend of approximately $1 billion. Previously, he held multiple leadership roles at UCHealth and managed supply chain operations at Pilgrim’s Pride/JBS. David holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University. Infection Prevention and New Product Introduction: Partnering with Vendors Tracey Odachowski, MSN, BA, RN, CIC, CCRN-K, NE-BC, is the System Director of Infection Prevention for Sentara Health in Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. She earned her BA in Biology from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, her BSN from Johns Hopkins University and MSN in Health Systems Management from Vanderbilt University. Tracey has been a nurse since 1999 with experience primarily in cardiothoracic surgery and general critical care. She served as a unit manager for 10 years and has been in Infection Prevention and Control since 2020. She holds national certifications in Infection Control, Critical Care and Nursing Leadership. She is a past recipient of the Excellence in Patient Safety Award from Virginians Improving Patient Care & Safety, Inc, and has a strong passion for patient safety, effective leadership, and teamwork. Unleashing the Power of GS1 Barcodes Beth Wells, Senior Director, Community Engagement, GS1 US As a Senior Director of Community Engagement for GS1 US, Beth Wells is responsible for leading U.S. healthcare trading partners to actively engage, adopt, and implement GS1 Standards to improve their business and supply chain operations. With a focus on Providers and the Medical Device segments of healthcare, she is also actively collaborating with industry to address the FDA’s Unique Device Identification (UDI) requirements for enhanced patient safety. Mrs. Wells has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare distributor and supply chain operations. She held numerous leadership roles focused on business growth and development at a leading Healthcare distribution organization where she managed the company’s most strategic medical manufacturing partner relationships. She also supervised teams of master product data and supply chain specialists focused on identifying, developing and managing supply chain improvement projects with both upstream and down steam trading partners. Mrs. Wells earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She currently resides in the mountains of southwestern Virginia.
