His career began at Hampton University Proton Therapy Institute, where he developed an asset management system as the facility’s first Purchasing Fixed Asset Manager. Transitioning to Riverside Healthcare in 2013, Joe honed his skills in contract negotiation and compliance. With an MBA from Hampton University, he joined Sentara in 2015 as an Orthopedic Contract Specialist, achieving substantial savings in supply chain initiatives. Now as Product Analyst, he supports the Medicare product portfolio, utilizing his expertise in supply chain, hospital administration, and health insurance.
